Because all of our designs and printed products are custom made, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once work has begun or items have been printed.

Design Services:

All design services are custom created for each client. Once design work has started, design fees are non-refundable. We work closely with our clients and offer revision opportunities to ensure satisfaction with the final design.

Printed Products:

Printed materials are produced specifically for each order. For this reason, returns are not accepted on printed items unless there is a production error or the product arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged item or notice a printing error caused by our production process, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Photos may be required so we can review the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

Proof Approval:

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof before printing. Once final approval is given, we are not responsible for errors present in the approved proof, including spelling, layout, or color variations.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled if work has not yet started. Once design or printing has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available.
